Job summary

Crestline Coach Ltd. in Saskatoon is seeking a Machine Operator to run a Brake Press and support fabrication in a night-shift schedule (Mon-Thurs, 5:45 pm–4:15 am).

You will cut, bend, and inspect parts to ensure ISO-compliant quality in a family-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires manual dexterity, the ability to read measurements to 1/32", and adherence to safety practices, with up to 50 lb lifts and routine equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Brake Press or similar fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.
• Understand ISO quality requirements and adhere to them.
• Ability to carry, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain safe work practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate Brake Press to cut/bend materials for production.
• Set up machines, adjust for material efficiency and minimize scrap.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Assist in other fabrication stages as workflow demands.

As a Machine Operator, You Will Be Able To

• Use the appropriate machine (Brake Press) to cut and/or bend various materials used in the production process.
• Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize scrap set up and adjust machines and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance.
• Assist in other fabrication stages as workflow demands.
• Sand and deburr pieces as required.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders.
• Inspect materials and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Ensure the quality of all parts conform to specifications.
• Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.
• Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.
• Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.
• Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
