Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Team Member to operate, load and unload production machinery, ensuring high-quality parts are produced on time. You will inspect finished goods, pack according to specifications, and complete shift logs while keeping your area clean and safe.

The role runs on a consistent day shift schedule with opportunities to grow machine operation skills in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High reliability and good communication are essential.
• Experience or comfort with manufacturing environments and safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a hot/dusty shop.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, and unload production machinery to manufacture parts.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on finished goods and log shift data.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Support onboarding and teamwork to meet daily targets and improve efficiency.
