Copeland is seeking a reliable Production Operator in Canada to support assembly, packaging, firmware updates, inventory, and shipping/receiving. The role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will pick materials, assemble products with hand tools, perform firmware updates, and assist with inventory and packaging. A Monday-Friday schedule with on-the-job training is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials and components using work orders.
• Assemble thermostats and related products using basic hand tools.
• Perform firmware updates on products using a computer.
• Conduct light product rework and repackaging activities.
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Apply labels and verify product accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities.
• Load and unload shipments as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other production and warehouse activities as needed.
