Job summary

3M Canada, Perth Scotch-Brite, is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, efficient manufacturing. You will operate equipment per established procedures, participate in lean improvements, and ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work shift rotations, and the ability to reside in Canada. Travel up to 10% and strong communication skills are valued; benefits include comprehensive plans and a pension program.
