Job summary

Lambton Doors in Quebec invites motivated individuals to join as Production Operator. You will manufacture wood components, doors and frames, reading drawings and following production instructions while maintaining safety and quality. Training is provided on site, with a 4-day schedule and premiums for shifts and remoteness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or production environment (an asset, but not required).
• Interest in manual and mechanical work (operating machine tools, CNC, saws, sanders, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand work instructions or simple drawings.
• Diligence, precision and attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Good physical condition (handling parts, standing work, repetitive movements).
• In-house training provided: no specific training required — we train you on our processes and equipment.

Responsibilities
