Successful candidates should be able to:

1. Perform all duties safely and efficiently.
2. Work all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
3. Perform duties such as shoveling, sweeping, cleaning, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
4. Operate plant manufacturing equipment as required.
5. Fill out paperwork accurately.
6. Interact effectively and professionally with colleagues and management in a team-oriented environment.
7. Perform other duties as needed.
