Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow a recipe to accurately load powders, resins, solvents, and other materials into mixers.
• Operate mixers and mills used to manufacture printing ink following detailed SOPs.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
• Lifting, loading, and stacking of pails up to 20 kgs onto pallets.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
• General knowledge of WHMIS.
• Adhering to all policies and procedures including ISO and GMP.
• Forklift license an asset.
• Other duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be physically fit and able to safely and repeatedly pull and carry heavy items.
• Must be able to work quickly on a consistent basis throughout the shift.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a similar environment is an asset.
• A high school diploma is preferred.

Shifts Rotation:

• Monday to Friday 3 shift rotation.
• Days: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Afternoons: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Nights: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
