About Automotive Catalyst

What you will be doing

This position is responsible for :

• Inspection offinished goods to ensure that stamping packaging and labeling standards are met
• Following all safety rules and guidelines
• Producing products that meet Umicore quality standards andwithin customer specifications
• Responsible for keeping work area and other areas clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
• 12-hour continental shifts
• Commit to upholding respecting and ensuring compliance with the health and safety standards established by the company guidelines.
• Actively promote a culture of care by collaborating on preventative measures and continuous improvement actions related to health and safety activities

Who we are looking for

Education and Experience

This positions education and experience requirements are :

• Grade 12 diploma
• 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of 5S a plus
• Computer literacy Preferably with Microsoft Office (excel word outlook)
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in quality environment systems are preferred

The competencies required for this role :

• Highly motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to show initiative and innovative thinking
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Batch-making experience is an asset
• Ability to work alone

We are looking to hire 4 new hourly starting rate for this position is $27.86.
