Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Production Operator at our location in Arnprior, Ontario.

Hourly Pay Range: $33.15 - $36.83

Overview of the Business

Accountabilities

• Complete paperwork for product traceability.
• Report quality issues to Supervisors/Process owners.
• Perform daily quality checks.
• Follow safe operating procedures at all times.
• Adhere strictly to Job Safety Hazard Analysis, Ontario Health & Safety Act & Regulations, and all Plant Safety Rules/Protocols.
• Identify safety issues and concerns.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions.
• Train and assist new employees on safety and quality standards.
• Operate machinery such as Pilger Mills, Amtrex, Polisher, HPTRs, etc.
• Verify quality requirements according to specifications.
• Achieve productivity goals.
• Perform repetitive tasks effectively.
• Maintain high-speed equipment and meet production demands.

Knowledge & Experience

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 8-hour rotating shifts.

Selected applicants will undergo testing and interviews.
