Responsibilities

• Staff control and management across production lines.
• Ensure effective production functioning and high quality output.
• Coordinate work across departments (Quality, Maintenance, RD, Logistics, Customer Service).
• Manage production documents for approvals and HR communication.
• Participate in organoleptic tasting and HACCP/OPRP compliance.
• Monitor production efficiency and daily/weekly reporting.
• Assist in budget preparation and quarterly budget analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
