  • Production Planning and Scheduling – develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Monitor inventory levels. Collaborate with procurement to ensure steady supply chain.
  • Leadership – supervise, mentor and lead production team. Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development. Implement OKR’s to measure production performance and employee productivity.
  • Process Optimization and Quality Control – Evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency. Ensure quality controls standards.
  • Cost Management and Continuous Improvement – Manage production budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures. Lead and support in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste and enhance production efficiency while maintaining quality.
Environmental Health and Safety
