Job summary

Les Aliments DAINTY Foods Inc. is seeking a passionate Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and inspire high-performing teams.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality products while putting customers first. You will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, supervise Production Supervisors and frontline staff, and use data to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in food or manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in a related field considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and supervise production teams.

What You'll Do

As our Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations while creating an environment where people can do their best work. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure we deliver safe, efficient, high-quality products that put our customers first.

• Leading, coaching, and developing Production Supervisors and frontline teams.
