We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within a specialized CNC/fabrication environment. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering high quality heavy equipment components.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate entire production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Manage and optimize production schedules, resource planning, and workflow to meet targets
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Project teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor performance metrics, initiate continuous improvement initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks
• Lead, mentor, and support supervisors and production staff across multiple shifts
• Oversee inventory management and collaborate with vendors to maintain optimal material flow and cost-efficiency
• Drive process enhancements, including automation or equipment upgrades, to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within CNC machining or fabrication
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and vendor management
