Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a dedicated Production Line Worker and Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.

This role covers machining, assembly, packing, and quality control. Shifts include Days, Afternoon, and Night; candidate must be flexible to work all three shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, production or machining environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Assist with assembly of products when required.
• Engage in machining, assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly issues promptly.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker and Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations while developing technical skills in machining and equipment operation.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour (plus 4% vacation pay)

Available Shifts

• Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Afternoon - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Night - 11:00pm - 7:30am

(Must be flexible to work all 3 shifts)

Duties
