Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Line Workers for a client in Saint John, NB. This temporary role could transition to permanent, with full-time potential depending on performance. The position requires the ability to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test.

Pay rate is $17.93/hour, with shifts including Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm and Mon-Thu 2:00pm-12:30am. Benefits include weekly pay, health and safety programs, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in general labour, warehouse, or production roles.
• Be capable of using tools and machinery (forklift experience is an asset).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Be physically capable of lifting 25 – 50 lbs.
• Own steel-toed work boots.
• Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Be a reliable team player who follows instructions.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely on the production line, monitoring production flow.
• Conduct quality control inspections, identifying and reporting defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation through regular clean-up duties.
• Fulfil daily tasks and work orders as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Perform various general labour tasks as needed.
