Job summary

Bourgault Industries is seeking Production Labourers to join our Vonda, SK manufacturing team. You will contribute to the Highline Manufacturing product line, delivering high-quality agricultural equipment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Entry-level applicants are welcome; on-the-job training is provided. Wage range starts at $21.50/hour with opportunities for growth and company profit-sharing, health benefits, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed procedures in the designated department.
• Operate front end equipment including CNC and manual machines.
• Blast, coat, hang and package parts.
• Assemble products from internal and external suppliers.

Bourgault Industries is looking for Production Labourers to join our manufacturing team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will be working on the Highline Manufacturing product line, contributing to the production of high-quality agricultural equipment. Responsibilities

We are looking for production team members for our Assembly, Front End and Paint areas. Responsibilities of these jobs include but are not limited to:

• Following detailed procedures in the designated department.
• Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines.
• Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts.
• Assemble products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers.
• High school diploma or GED.
• On the job training provided.

Required Skills/Experience

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift.

Wage Range

$21.50-$35.00 – Starting wage is dependent on experience.
