Job description

Bourgault Industries is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in St. Brieux, SK. This role is responsible for supporting Bourgault's digital marketing activities through the development, execution, and optimization of social media, website, and digital content initiatives. The role works closely with internal departments, dealers, customers, and external vendors to strengthen Bourgault's online presence, promote products and services, and support lead generation and customer engagement. The position also supports the production of marketing collateral, publications, promotional materials, and digital assets that align with Bourgault's brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Bourgault's social media presence across multiple platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, engagement, and performance analysis.
• Develop social media content that supports product launches, customer success stories, agronomy initiatives, events, and corporate communications.
• Manage and maintain website content, coordinate updates with internal stakeholders and external web service providers, support website search engine optimization (SEO), AI search optimization, and content discoverability initiatives, and monitor website traffic and user engagement through analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop digital content and campaigns, then edit and publish content across social media and other digital channels.
• Support digital advertising initiatives, including content development, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate the development and production of brochures, catalogs, product literature, sales support materials, and customer-facing publications, including Cutting Edge magazine.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed marketing materials.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Support, Engineering, Agronomy, Dealers, and other departments to collect and develop marketing content.
• Track and report on digital marketing activities and key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to improve digital marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and marketing processes.

Academic/Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

• Experience with website development or content management systems.
• Knowledge of social media management tools, digital marketing best practices, and content development.
