Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Production Associate for our client in Brockville, ON. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy operating manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

You will work rotating 12-hour shifts on a continental schedule, with weekly pay, and eligibility to benefits after qualification. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, and forklift/PIV experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
