Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Windsor, Ontario is hiring a General Labourer to perform final stage assembly tasks in our stamping facility.

You will work on production lines, reworking, packing and sorting parts, and support press operators with setup procedures. The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to stand long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and willingness to work a 3-shift schedule with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to meet quota and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Willing to work 3-shift model: Midnight, Days, Afternoons and OT

Responsibilities

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts.
• Assist and provide support to press operators with setup procedures.
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logistics departments.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications.
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools.
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within work area.
• Other duties assigned by management
