Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Production Forklift Operator to support our production and distribution operations. You will load/unload trailers, sort and scan freight, verify codes, and pick orders while maintaining safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers as assigned by the Distribution Supervisor or Warehouse Manager
• Sort and scan freight accurately
• Verify product codes and IDs, ensuring correct labeling and rotation of product
• Pick orders as assigned while maintaining proper product rotation
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift and pallet truck equipment, reporting any hazards immediately
• Communicate shipment discrepancies or errors promptly to supervisors or managers
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures while ensuring PPE is always worn
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed with miscellaneous tasks

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role is performed in a production and warehouse environment with a continental dayshift schedule. The work involves physical activity including lifting, standing, and operating forklift equipment safely in a busy environment.
