Job summary

Apotex is seeking a Project Coordinator within the Production Technical Department. You will coordinate project scope, design basis, and execution plans for equipment upgrades and new installations, liaising with technical teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree with 3–5 years in plant technical support or project co-ordination; proficiency in AutoCAD, TrackWise, MS Project, and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 3–5 years' experience in plant technical support or design/co-ordination.
• Experience with Investigations/CAPA and Engineering Change Controls preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, TrackWise, MS Project, SAP; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Liase with technical professionals and end use customers to define project scope and user requirements specifications.
• Lead and/or support development of project design basis, project justification, and Authorization for Expenditure.
• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies and execution schedules for projects or portions.
• Deliver project scope within budget and schedule when leading projects.
• Prepare drawings/specifications using AutoCAD and Apotex standards; coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
