Apotex Inc. is seeking a Project Leader to oversee development, tracking and execution of projects within the Portfolio. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and escalation of delays or risks to management.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive successful project execution, provide status updates, and report on plan vs. actual results. The position emphasizes integrity, teamwork and innovation in line with Apotex values.

Qualifications

Minimum university degree or college diploma in chemistry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemical engineering or related science.
PMP certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and delivery of the Project Portfolio with cross-functional teams.
Track progress to meet cycle times, deadlines and customer requirements.
Escalate critical issues and risks affecting the project path to management.
Prepare project reports, minutes and follow up on actions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to support commercial readiness and continuous improvement.
Represent the assigned project and MS&T portfolio as the primary contact.
