Placements24 client in Kimberley is seeking an experienced Process Optimization Engineer to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations. You will analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions to reduce waste, lower costs, and raise product quality.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, using advanced analytical techniques and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve significant, sustainable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, optimization, or a related role.
• Lean Six Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical software.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities
