Who We Are

The Role

The ideal candidate will be cross-trained to perform various tasks, including receiving and sorting laundry, inspecting garments for mending needs, operating equipment such as dryers and ironers, and bundling clean garments for redistribution to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Attendance is essential.
• Work safely and efficiently in assigned production areas.
• Assist teammates by performing tasks such as supplying materials, cleaning work areas, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work assigned shifts; attendance is required.
• Basic math reasoning skills.
• Lifting ability of 25-50 pounds continuously; push/pull capacity of up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 8-10 hours a day.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels, safely operating machinery.
• Adherence to safety standards.

Experience:

• Preferred prior experience in industrial laundry or production environments.
• Ability to understand work instructions in English is preferred.

• Soil Operations: Handling soiled garments.
• Dry Fold: Inspecting and folding garments.
• Garments: Sorting and processing garments.
• Mending: Repairing garments.
• Mat: Rolling and storing mats.
• Iron Operations: Processing garments through ironing.
• Bundling: Preparing finished products for delivery.
• Wash Aisle: Operating washing equipment.
