Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Control Clerk in Brampton to manage shift setup, paperwork and material flow. The role requires coordinating SAP-based line confirmations and label creation, with QA sign-off when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience or training in warehouse production.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production shift setup, paperwork and labels for each shift.
  • Create and distribute correct picklists and work packets.
  • Move or create material in SAP to start lines and confirm production.
  • Print UPC labels with dual QA sign-off when applicable.
  • Maintain safety, quality and compliance with GMP/HACCP.
  • Operate and document in Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This position is responsible for coordinating the PPM and FPA with scheduler and production. In summary all administrative and clerical tasks associated with production / operations reside with this positionEssential Job FunctionsThe following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list.
