Qualifications

Carpentry or woodworking experience in production/shop setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Comfort using hand tools, power tools and table saw equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood components according to specifications.
Operate hand, power tools, table saw and bend saw safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Assemble custom wood products and components.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.
