Responsibilities

• Verify production orders, stock specifications, and material conditions.
• Monitor product quality: box dimensions, print quality, scoring, liners/warping.
• Report quality concerns and production issues to the Operator.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Check ink requirements and assist with washing print plates, setting up hoppers, kickers, and gates.
• Load raw materials into machinery.
• Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Proactively identify maintenance concerns and submit repair requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and government regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM | $21.34/hour
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM | $21.84/hour
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM | $22.34/hour

As a Production Operator, you will assist the Machine Operators with production activities, machine operation, setup, material handling, quality inspections, and general housekeeping. Attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proper scoring and slotting
  • Loose liners and warping
• Report quality concerns and production issues to the Operator
• Complete production reports and required documentation accurately and on time
