Job summary

Adecco Canada is seeking a Production Associate for our client in Tiverton, ON. This full-time/temporary role offers a day shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm and pays CAD 17.60 per hour, with weekly pay and a focus on quality results.

No manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided. You will join a proactive manufacturing team, follow safety procedures, and help meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear criminal background
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to carry out repetitive tasks at a high level of quality
• Willingness to complete any task
• Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

Responsibilities

• Work with the manufacturing team to understand and exceed client expectations

• Operate or work near moving machinery
• Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in various areas of the facility

• Able to work a set scheduled shift up to 40 hours

Responsibilities:

• Working along with the rest of the manufacturing team, you will work to understand and exceed the client’s customer expectations.

• Manufacturing experience not required

• You are a fast-learner with strong attention to detail and have excellent time-management skills.

• You will be expected to operate or work near moving machinery.

• Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes

• This position will require the flexibility to work in numerous areas in the facility. This will mean that the exposures/demands may change throughout your placement time.

• Have a proven track record of possessing a proactive mindset in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction.

• You will be a member of a highly efficient team that needs to be dynamic and flexible to respond to business needs, scheduling, and loading

• Able to work a set scheduled shift schedule up to 40 hours
