• Cut and bundle for in house sample sewing and small batch production
• Quality-Check reference and TOP samples
• Assemble Factory Packages, including BOM creation
• Support Made-On-Demand local production coordination
• Support in-house raw material organization and inventory management
• Facilitate delivery of notions/trims/materials to factories
• Assist with small departmental tasks as needed

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our Production team. This role is for someone who is at the beginning of their career and is passionate about the garment industry and production process. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, good communicator, a team player and has a basic understanding of garment construction. You show initiative, excel in fast-paced environments, and enjoy a collaborative and solution-focused work environment.

The Production Team oversees the production of finished goods with local factories. We ensure factories are equipped with all the necessary materials and garment knowledge to produce best quality garments. We conduct regular quality checks on both overseas and local productions. We ensure timely deliveries of finished products to our Distribution Center. As a member of the team, you will assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows to achieve the collective goal of producing quality garments.
