Job summary

Park & Fifth in Vancouver is seeking a Production Assistant at the start of their career. You will support the production team with in-house sample sewing, BOM creation, and coordination with local factories to ensure timely delivery of quality garments.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of garment construction.
• Experience reading spec and tech pack documents.
• Experience cutting variety of fabrics, esp lightweight wovens such as chiffon and satin.

Responsibilities

• Cut and bundle for in house sample sewing and small batch production
• Quality-Check reference and TOP samples
• Assemble Factory Packages, including BOM creation
• Support Made-On-Demand local production coordination
• Support in-house raw material organization and inventory management
• Facilitate delivery of notions/trims/materials to factories
• Assist with small departmental tasks as needed
