Job summary

STIM Canada Inc. in Toronto is seeking a hands-on Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform PCB and box build assemblies, select parts for the BOM, and ensure items are shipped and received according to established procedures.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing (electronics preferred), basic test or troubleshooting knowledge is an asset but not required, and a strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and safety at the workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics.
• Experience with test & troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs.
• Assemble box builds.
• Select parts to Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Ship products per established procedures.
• Receive materials per established procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily cycle counts if applicable.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
• General housekeeping and cleanliness around workstations.
• Maintain and adhere to Health and Safety standards.
