Maple Armor is seeking an entry-level electronics assembler to join our on-site team in Canada. You will perform manual soldering, assemble PCB components, read blueprints, and ensure quality through inspections.

This role requires accuracy, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with microscopes in a cleanroom environment, with potential for growth in the manufacturing line. The position emphasizes on-site work at our facility; bilingual English/French is preferred.

Qualificações

On-site work at the location with no remote option.
Fluent in English or French.
1 to less than 7 months of related experience.
Ability to read blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

Maintain test result reports.
Solder and manually assemble various electronic components on PCB.
Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly under microscopes and cleanroom procedures.
Pack items for shipping and distribution.
Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts using hand and small power tools.
Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder and clean components on PCB.
Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Tasks

Maintain test result reports
Solder and manually assemble various electronic components on PCB (printed circuit boards)
Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly, the use of microscopes and adherence to cleanroom procedures
Pack items for shipping and distribution
Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to subassemblies and assemblies using hand and small power tools
Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, solder and clean prescribed components on PCB (printed circuit boards)
Operate and monitor process equipment to fabricate electronic components
Inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements
Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging methods
Collect, record and summarize inspection results
Check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests
Clean work area
Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies
Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts and systems
Set up and operate automatic testing equipment to locate circuit and wiring faults, shorts and component defects
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Set up process equipment and adhere to cleanroom procedures
