As a day laborer/operator, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of off-road products, with opportunities for growth within a flexible structure and approachable management. If you want to join a team where every voice counts and mutual support drives us forward, this job is for you!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Efficiently operate the die-cutting press, CNC die-cutting machine, and lifting equipment
• Supply your workstation with raw materials (polycarbonate and others), doing so efficiently and minimizing handling
• Set up machines during article changeovers (installing cutting dies, electronic and physical setup on CNC machines)
• Cut windshields, making efficient use of raw materials to minimize waste
• Complete quality control and production forms
• Follow safety rules, factory regulations, and established work procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma, vocational diploma, or equivalent
• Knowledge of blueprint reading (an asset)
• Knowledge of metrology (an asset)
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing process information
• Ability to operate a forklift truck
