Job summary

Next Level Group's client is seeking a Temporary Production Associate to join their manufacturing team for a limited-term assignment. You’ll support daily production and packaging activities in a clean, safety‑conscious environment.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to gain experience in a regulated production setting. You’ll weigh, mix, fill, label, and package, operate and clean equipment, maintain records, and help keep the workspace

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or packaging is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented; able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production tasks including weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or packaging (asset).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.

Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of GMP or other regulated manufacturing practices is an asset.
