A leading company in solar energy systems seeks a Production and Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance operations and support public transportation. Overview:
Urban Solar is the leading manufacturer of standalone solar energy systems for the public transportation industry in North America. Our vision is to become the top integrator of off-grid digital amenities at bus stops — enhancing public safety and encouraging the use of public transit.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with Urban Solar’s cross-functional team, the Production and Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in realizing this vision.
This role is ideal for a recent grad who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hands-on environment. The right candidate brings a team-oriented mindset — someone eager to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will coordinate production activities, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials to support uninterrupted operations. You will also support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

Salary:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Starting salary: $55,000-$60,000/year
