Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Product Support Representative in Regina, SK to support coast-to-coast branch network by processing parts orders and answering pricing inquiries.

You will coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment and respond to customers across various channels. Multiple shifts are available to cover our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to generate parts orders and support branch network sales goals.
• Respond promptly to parts pricing inquiries via phone, email, and text to provide accurate and timely information.
• Engage actively with customers through attentive listening to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Accurately process parts orders ensuring customer requests are fulfilled quickly and without error.
• Confirm inventory availability and shipping timelines to manage customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to offer customers various parts options, ensuring requests are met efficiently.
• Provide parts support to field staff by collaborating effectively to resolve product and parts-related issues.
• Navigate multiple web applications and systems simultaneously to deliver seamless customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Description

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Product Support Representative for our Regina, SK location.

The Product Support Representative is responsible for supporting Brandt's coast to coast branch network by processing parts orders, responding to pricing and availability inquiries and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Various shifts are available to support our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.
