Position Overview

We’re looking for a P roduct Support Specialist to work with our factory overseas, understand the technical aspects of our products, and provide technical support for our clients and the customer service teams in our Canadian facilities.

Role to grow for this position : Product Sourcing and Development Engineer / R&D Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with overseas factories about technical aspects of our products.
• Prepares and keeps written documentation about the detailed and technical aspects of our products.
• Provide guides and technical support to the customer service teams.
• Direct communication through email or phone with customers to provide technical support.
• Identifies new technical manufacturing ideas and shares them with both management and the factory team.
• Raises concerns about the technical aspects of products to management and the factory team.
• Informs management of any issues with factory operations.
• Performs other duties as requested by management related to the company's mission and vision.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience working with factories in China and local suppliers in Canada and the US.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Aptitude for technical machinery and mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Shopify, or Zendesk CX platform is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structure engineering or a related field is preferred.

Work Hours : Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm
