Jobber is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team on an evergreen basis for future opportunities. The role focuses on assisting hundreds of thousands of users with the latest features, workflows, and solutions in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

You’ll respond via live chat, phone, or email, problem-solve, and relay customer feedback to product and technical teams while building a knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 1 year of contact centre experience.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing environment.
• Empathetic and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Clear, concise verbal communication and friendly tone.
• Accurate, empathetic written responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via live chat, phone, or email across the Jobber ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot features, bugs, or workflow questions for customers.
• Maintain high productivity across channels.
• Liaise feedback from customers to product and technical teams.
• Build and document a knowledge base with FAQs and recommendations.
