Job Description

Copperleaf’s software assists some of the world’s largest infrastructure firms in making strategic decisions through data analytics and optimization.

We are looking for a proactive Support Analyst who enjoys handling customer support in complex IT and business environments. As part of our L2/L3 Support team, you’ll become proficient with our product and cloud setup to respond to customer queries and support issues. You are a curious observer capable of analyzing how business and IT components fit together, and comfortable troubleshooting challenging situations with little predefined guidance. Being in the Eastern time zone in Canada allows us to respond more effectively to customers in that region.

You will handle varied support requests from customers and internal users and be the go-to person for technical problem-solving. You MUST be fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and located in the Eastern Time zone in Canada.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling customer questions and requests
  • Hosting monthly meetings with customers
  • Understanding our software’s technical and functional aspects to support customer business processes
  • Managing software upgrades for on-premises and cloud configurations

Qualifications

Your background:

  • Experience with enterprise software support
  • Knowledge of IT concepts (Windows/Linux servers, networking, web services, databases)
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Experience with software development and release cycles
  • Knowledge of Linux containers, Oracle database, SQL is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on documentation
  • Analytical and trend-aware
  • Comfortable hosting calls and presenting to customers
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and solving complex IT issues
  • Flexible, multi-talented, and proactive

  • Willing to be on-call during Canadian holidays
  • Fluent in a secondary language (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) in spoken and written form
