Job summary

A leading company in the agricultural industry is seeking a marketing product expert to support retail objectives and engage with customers in Calgary. This role includes planning dealer events, providing training, and building marketing materials for HHP Tractors & Crop Production products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in agricultural equipment sales support.

Job description

• Plan, manage, and provide value propositions to dealers and customers.
• Engage in dealer and customer demos, field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to implement retail unit and share objectives in the assigned territory.
• Serve as the marketing product expert for HHP Tractors & Crop Production products to sales and marketing, product management, and product development teams.
• Provide training sessions to key internal and external partners within your region.
• Help build marketing and training materials for assigned products to communicate their value, features, and benefits to the commercial organization, dealer network, and specialists.
• Set and achieve dealer order objectives, transfer for retail, and retail actions to supervise demo activity and field inventory of products in your region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of agricultural product experience with direct customer agriculture equipment sales support.
• Ability to travel 75% - this is a field-based position.
