You’ll play a key role in interpreting underwriting guidelines, rating logic, and product documentation—primarily using Excel—to support efficient, compliant, and client-centric product builds. You are a detail-oriented insurance professional with 5+ years of experience in product development or actuarial work who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing role. You have excellent Excel skills, a strong understanding of insurance workflows, and a natural ability to translate complex insurance requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Insurance Product Development, Underwriting, or Actuarial roles

Advanced Excel skills, with strong logic and template-building abilities

Solid understanding of insurance workflows and rating logic

Experience with policy administration systems, insurance software, or configurable SaaS platforms

Strong written documentation skills; experience with Confluence or version control tools is an asset

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Asana

Highly organized, with proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
