The Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll support homeowners, contractors, and builders by:

• Managing and expanding a personal portfolio of customers
• Providing expert advice and custom quotes for steel roofing and siding projects
• Following up on leads and turning inquiries into orders
• Building strong relationships through proactive communication (in person, by phone, and by email)
• Working collaboratively with our customer service and production teams

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a confident communicator, natural problem solver, and enjoy closing a sale. Ideally, you bring:

• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
