Job summary

Our client in Toronto seeks a Product Technical Support specialist to build strong customer relationships and guide product selections. You will re-engineer standard products with Solid Edge and AutoCAD to meet client needs while coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role reports to the Engineering Manager and requires 2+ years in a related field, plus ERP/CAD proficiency. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with bonuses and a Company-match RRSP program.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or diploma; Industrial Design preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in Customer Service, Design or Engineering, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusting customer relationships and guide customers to best solutions.
• Re‑engineer and modify standard products using Solid Edge and AutoCAD to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Design teams to interpret requirements.
• Ensure quality of quotations, acknowledgements, and customized product requests with ERP/BOM updates.
