Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking a Product & Pricing Consultant II to partner with customers and implement SaaS-based product and pricing solutions by translating business requirements into functional designs. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams to support successful delivery while applying banking and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in functional consulting, business analysis, or related banking/financial services roles.
• Solid understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees and offers.
• Experience in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience delivering functional specs, user stories, and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to elicit and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and propose solution approaches aligned with platform capabilities.
• Prepare deliverables: BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and test docs.
• Configure and validate product and pricing solutions based on approved designs.
• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Support testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues/risks and drive resolution; manage deliverables within timelines.

What is the Opportunity?

As a Product & Pricing Consultant II, you will partner with customers to successfully implement SaaS-based product and pricing solutions by translating business requirements into effective functional designs. You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams to support successful delivery while applying banking and industry best practices.

What will you do?

• Participate in business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and help identify appropriate solution approaches aligned with platform capabilities.
• Prepare implementation deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test documentation.
• Configure and validate product and pricing solutions based on approved functional requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional clarifications.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test preparation, defect analysis, and resolution.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, customer training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Build effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify functional issues and risks and work collaboratively toward resolution.
• Manage assigned deliverables and priorities within project timelines.

What do I need to succeed?

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, or a related role within Banking or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of banking products and pricing, including areas such as deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates, offers, or relationship pricing.
• Experience participating in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience preparing functional implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage assigned priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience implementing or supporting SaaS enterprise applications.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
