REALIGN LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Product Owner to lead enterprise AI initiatives in Montreal. You will own the AI portfolio backlog and drive cross-functional delivery from discovery to rollout, ensuring security, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, multi-region deployment, and partnering with platform engineering to enable automation across M365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Azure OpenAI. Strong bilingual capability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of technology project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience delivering complex programs across multiple countries or regulated industries; financial services experience preferred.
  • Direct experience leading enterprise deployments of AI or LLM-based products.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of AI governance, risk, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing controls such as DLP/Purview, audit logging, access management, and encryption.
  • Experience with connectors and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting concepts such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Strong product ownership experience including backlog management, acceptance criteria, release planning, and value measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP and/or Scrum certification is an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders and partners.
