Job description

Treasure AI:

Treasure AI is the agentic experience platform built to acquire, retain, and grow your most valuable customers. Powered by AI, Treasure AI is shaped by human creativity and always-on through continuous, context-driven action.

Furthermore, Treasure AI employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

Your Role:

You will play a key role in driving new Agentic Features and AI capabilities on the product roadmap along with our AI Suites, managing the product life cycle from definition and build to launch and ramp-up. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, you will deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers. A defining aspect of this role is the ability to leverage Coding Agents and LLM-based tools to independently prototype new features and develop agent skills, enabling you to validate ideas quickly and collaborate more effectively with engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management and AI, a hands-on approach to prototyping, and a proven track record of delivering successful products while guiding and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product leadership to align the Generative AI and AI Suite feature strategy with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute a prioritized roadmap based on use cases from customer feedback, market research, and data analysis for our AI Suite and Generative AI features.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for specific AI Suite and Gen AI capabilities, from ideation to successful launch.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to define clear technical requirements and design scalable solutions.

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design and product marketing, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

  • Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, deeply understand pain points, and inform feature development and user experience enhancements.

  • Support the product marketing team in developing product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for Gen AI features.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and user adoption of Gen AI features.

  • Regularly analyze feature performance data, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., analytics/BI copilots, customer feedback intelligence platforms) to synthesize signals from customers, usage data, and markets into clear insights that shape activation strategy, SKU design, and roadmap priorities.

  • Leverage AI to support day-to-day product operations (e.g., requirements drafts, PRDs, localization briefs, experiment design and analysis, meeting and decision summaries), increasing speed and consistency across global teams.

  • Apply AI-assisted research and competitive analysis tools to track trends in omnichannel engagement, MarTech/CDP, and regional needs, informing localized product decisions and global platform strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS Product Management, preferably with exposure to AI or data-driven products.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI applications in enterprise software.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams globally.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and driving user adoption in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Codex, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) and grounding AI in enterprise data.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and modern product management best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or integrating AI models into production systems is a strong plus.

  • Experience using AI-powered tools (such as analytics/product copilots, and customer insight platforms) to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and support localized GTM planning.

  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated insights and content for accuracy, bias, and market relevance, and to guide teams in responsible use of AI for research, documentation, and experimentation.
