The Opportunity : As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for maximizing the value of a product, journey, or set of cross-cutting capabilities by making strategic decisions about what to build, when to build it, and how to continuously deliver value for clients, users, and the organization. You will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment while balancing business and technology priorities to achieve measurable outcomes, strong client experiences, and financial success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate client needs and organizational goals into actionable delivery plans, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
