  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify operational efficiencies, improve client and advisor experiences, and support strategic business objectives.
  • Communicate operational priorities, results, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you’ll bring

  • Working knowledge of applicable systems, including VAX, Ingenium, Unitrax, or similar wealth administration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, regulatory authorities, risk management principles, and operational controls within a financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational change, process improvement, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, workforce planning, and performance management capabilities, with the ability to leverage operational data and metrics to drive results.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, negotiation, and influencing skills in complex and time‑sensitive environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and lead across diverse operational functions.
