• 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance/Trade Services/Banking.
• Strong understanding of trade finance lifecycle.
• Experience with Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Proven product owner or business analyst experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/JIRA and backlog management.
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for Trade Finance products.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Drive enhancements across Letters of Credit, Import/Export Finance, Guarantees, etc.
• Partner with Technology and Engineering to deliver digital and process transformation.
• Prioritize features based on business value, client needs, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, process improvement, and enhanced client experience.
• Support product testing, implementation, rollout, and post-production enhancements.
• Act as SME for Trade Finance and guide technology and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Trade Finance / Trade Services / Banking.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and lifecycle.
• Experience with Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Import/Export Finance, Documentary Collections, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, JIRA, user stories, and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of trade finance workflows, banking systems, and digital transformation.
• Experience working with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Citi/TTS, Core Trade, Trade Services, SWIFT, ISO 20022, UCP 600, URDG 758, or other ICC trade rules.
