Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner / BA in Financial Services Technology.
• 3+ years in FX and Settlements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira & Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Payment Modernization, Real-Time Payments & Correspondent Banking.
• Experience with FX Trade Lifecycle, Settlement & Operations.
• Knowledge of CLS Settlement, Nostro/Vostro Reconciliation.
• Understanding of FX rates and FX risks.
• Hands-on with SWIFT MT103/MT202 and ISO 20022 (pacs, fxtr).
• Familiar with Regulatory & Compliance requirements.
• Experience using AI tools for requirements documentation.

• Experience supporting Regulatory & Compliance requirements
